(May 6, 2023, 12:12 pm)I shop at Brookshires in Joshua and enjoy the quiet laid-back atmosphere and helpful safe shopping experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I love this store.However I when I shopped at the willow oak Brookshires the store itself was very clean and had an extensive selection and the deli was awesome but my shopping experience was less than pleasant as the store was serving wine and beer with customers getting loud. The experience reminded me of a bar room absent the smoke and karaoke but never would I have imagined shopping with my scared grandchild in a grocery store with a bunch of drunks. Shame on you for serving alcohol in a family area with a bunch of minors. Old man Brookshires would roll over in his grave for this blatant disregard of his values.

(January 24, 2023, 2:03 pm)Friendly and convenient store that usually has what I'm looking for and if not, offers suitable alternatives. Manager, Alex is amazing! Bought me single slice cake for my bday. I say that goes over and beyond his duties. Thanks everyone at Brookshire's.

(February 21, 2020, 11:16 pm)Love this place , it's a little higher priced but the fuel rewards are worth it, and I would rather pay a little more for a clean store , great customer service, and quality meats.
Update, this place gets better and better, I love the fact that when I come in and see the same friendly faces and being greeted with a wave and a smile, and always so helpful, and Alex the store manager Rocks !!!
