  We did the rounds testing out classes in the Mansfield area for our daughter. There are some great options in the area, but we ultimately felt the most comfortable bringing our daughter here. There were multiple adults on the mat with the kids making sure they were spending time helping and encouraging each student as they practiced. They were also extremely patient with all of the kids, especially the younger ones like mine, but were also there to help challenge them. They keep the class fast paced which really helped with keeping my daughter engaged. Every time she wanted to go chase butterflies, she was quickly drawn back in with another turn or a new skill to learn.
  
  My daughter is beyond excited to start next week and we couldn't be more excited to see her grow here.

  This gym is great, the amount of coaches they have on the mat for the youth really gives the kids a great sense of focus and instruction. The people at Stoic are welcoming and encouraging. The adult class is competitive, humble and non intimidating and by far one of the best gyms I've been to. They are exceptionally clean and pricing is great. Can't say enough good things about them.

  Great BJJ gym. I've trained at a few gyms but I fell in love with this one. I started on my own but now I have my wife and kids training here too. The coaches are very good. You will get the techniques you need and you will have a blast doing it. Whether you are here to get in shape, learn self defense, or looking to compete. Stoic is the best in the area!

  I took advantage of their free 30 day trial, came to three classes, and was hooked and signed up! I have had nothing but great experiences at each class - personable coaches, great instruction, a culture of camaraderie, clean and neat space. Also more affordable compared to other gyms in the area. The 6am classes work best for my schedule and I try to take time to go to one evening class a week, but I love that there's so many classes in the week that are available. Highly recommend Stoic BJJ for anyone interested in jiu jitsu or looking for a great workout! Come join us!

  I love this gym! Not only is there a great community at Stoic, the coaches are great with breaking down technique. The classes are organized and you will get a workout. The environment is very encouraging and energetic!
