She got to me as soon as she was able and then was very attentive and answered all questions I had about upgrading my phone. I had removed my screen protector before coming to the store. She was able to install it for me since I had bought it when I upgraded to my current iPhone. The store didn't have a color I might want so I'm waiting until October when a new phone will be released.
