Aqua-Man Water Conditioning

We had our water softener instructional visit today with Brad, from Aqua-Man. He was very pleasant and informative. The softener system is very simple and requires little to no interaction. Brad explained the few important things to know and left us with a nice gift.

Kelly and his team at Aqua-man are amazing and I am so happy with the water in my home. We put in a Hague system to clean and soften the water throughout the home. We also put in two reverse osmosis systems, one for drinking next to the sink and one for our ice machine.

I was referred to Kelly and Aqua-man by a friend who had an equally positive experience. In our first meeting, the Aqua-man teamaf walked through the house in order to check the current system, plumbing setup and more. They then explained all my options and then provided a full education about the water in Austin. As I had just moved from California, I had no idea how important a good water softening system is to the health of my home's plumbing.

After agreeing on our setup, I was provided an installation schedule. Everything was installed on time and everything was left immaculately clean. And when one issue came up, they were back immediately to take care of the situation. (And Kelly called after, a few times for a couple of days, just to confirm that everything was still perfect, which it was).

Our old water softener gave out after 5 years, so we called around to get information on a replacement. Although there are plenty of companies that sell new systems, we felt that Aqua-Man of Boerne gave us the best information and were understanding of our needs. The technician came out to our house to inspect, and gave us his advice and no obligation quote. He was very professional and informative. We decided to move ahead with a new installation. The installation crew were also professional, and explained what they were doing during the installation. The end result is a new system that works much better than our old one ever did. Aqua-Man even followed up with an orientation visit. We feel confident that we made the right decision, and have enjoyed our interactions with the company. We recently purchased a vacation property, and we intend on having Aqua-Man of Boerne install a new water softener in the next few weeks.

After talking to a few different water conditioning companies we decided to go with Aqua-Man. They have offered us great customer service and worked with our schedule to set up our new system in our new home. They even sent out one of the representatives Brad to give us an orientation on our system on a holiday! Brad was friendly and helpful. He answered our many questions that we had since we have never had a soft water system before.
