  Doctor DeSilva is a wonderful Dermatologist, and has a great staff they listen and know their patients needs. I would absolutely recommend their office for your Dermatology needs . They take care of my while family very happy with our decision and we live in San Antonio.

  Dr. DeSilva really cares about his patients. He takes the time to go over the procedure with you and calls you personally to follow up to make sure you are pleased with the results. If not, he wants you to come back in so he makes sure you are satisfied with the results. I had him place filler in my lips, cheeks, under my eyes and botox in my forehead. He is conservative and does not try to sell you something you do not need. He is also my husband's dermatologist and takes great care of him. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend.

  Dr DeSilva and his staff are wonderful! His personal attention after services is above and beyond. I find him attentive, caring and thorough. He always calls you to check on you a couple of weeks after treatment, mostly on the weekend. His staff is always smiling, friendly and professional. I have tried less expensive practitioners, and will never again stray. I highly recommend him for all your dermatology and cosmetic needs.
