Drew put a new water pump in my son’s Ford Explorer. He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable about a ton of things I had questions on. He was priced competitively and equipped with tools and machines that seemed to do everything.

One of the front wheels came off my truck while I was driving in a rural area outside of Comfort, TX.

- I'm in the middle of nowhere 100+ miles from home
- The temp is in the 90s
- My truck is perched on an uneven lie on the side of the road
- The stock jack is of no use here (leveling kit, bigger-than-stock wheels/tires)
- It was well after 4pm
- Oh yeah, I also have no idea where my 5 lug nuts went

By sheer luck I happened to speak with Drew at All Roads Motorsports. He gathered vehicle info, etc., and before I know it he's arrived with tools/supplies to bail me out. He straightened out the brake dust shield so the rotor could spin again, got my spare installed, and even went through an obstacle course to retrieve the wheel that I lost. I can't imagine how long I would have been stranded had Drew not went out of his way to help.

Drew is the utmost in professionalism and customer service. We had a car towed to him for repair after the check engine light began flashing and the car started vibrating. Before even getting started, Drew was extremely helpful and attentive to helping me secure an affordable tow. Once he ran diagnostics on the car as well as performed his own thorough assessment, he provided recommendations for what needed to be done to repair the vehicle as well as things to watch out for in the coming months. His estimate was extremely fair and included pictures for our records. When we picked up the vehicle, not only were the repairs done but the car was completely and thoroughly cleaned - Drew’s goal is the return a vehicle in better condition than it was when he received it.
