  Jody was wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and I have no complaints.

  Average clean and comfortable place to stay. What set this place apart was the EXCELLENT customer service. In particular, Jody was such a sweetheart. I was there to attend my father's funeral. When it was time to leave it was storming. She overheard me telling my daughter that I wish I had remembered my umbrella. She went out in the rain and got hers from her car and loaned it to me to take. That's above and beyond, she touched my heart. Thank you Jody.

  This was an outstanding Best Western with a fantastic hot breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the TV was locked on a volume too low for us to hear since we are senior citizens...and no I am not hard of hearing, but by husband is. But we do not run the TV at full volume ever and at the setting they had we couldn't hear it hardly at all when the a/c was running.

  This hotel is wonderful. They have a few staff members that go out of their way to make you comfortable. The only bad thing I can say is that if you require a handicapped room, you will not find one here. This Best Western only has one handicapped room and it is occupied by a permanent resident. So if you need to be able to sit in the shower better bring your own shower chair.
