We were looking for a nice, quiet place to live with a village feel and we found it! There are over 400 homes here but you would never know it. Gated community with 24 hr security. Very well kept, high standards for lawn care, two pools, a connivence store, pond with ducks and walking path, play ground. The rent is very affordable and the management is very helpful.
I lived here for two years and I absolutely loved my time. I honestly felt safer here with the gated security than anywhere else in Lubbock. Management is always nice, knew my name and would always cruise through the neighborhood making sure everything was good. I wish I could have stayed!
