(November 19, 2020, 5:20 pm)Best chopped beef brisket sandwiches. Lots of grease just the way you would expect from Pinkies. Yes the workers are horrible but it’s Pinkies. Seems like the owners would do something about them. But it’s a must do when in town.

(October 27, 2020, 4:37 pm)Never had BBQ like Pinkie's BBQ. We've lived in the area for years and we didn't know that it existed until one day we wanted BBQ. The only place that we could find was Pinkie's. It was so good! I would recommend it to anyone. They just need to make the place a little more noticeable. We thought it was a liquor store.

(May 31, 2020, 8:20 pm)Pinkies is an institution in Lubbock and to the surrounding communities. I ordered a small tray of Gizzards and “Hot” BBQ sauce, so delicious and that sauce is unique with a kick!
My sandwich was great with ample meat to bun ratio. Next time I’m trying a brownie or some cobbler. Thanks for the memories!
