Very fast, courteous and professional service. The earphones were cleaned and a repair which I thought would take a week was performed, replacing a broken wire. The job was completed within less than an hour, while I sat in a comfortable armchair drinking a great cup of coffee !

They're wonderful. They did a very thorough exam and showed a lot of kindness when explaining my hearing loss. They are very patient and walked me through all aspects of getting hearing aids and made it as easy as possible. I always feel very welcome walking in their door. Couldn't be happier.

I cannot express how much I love this place!!! All my life, 26 years, my mom nor I could ever afford my hearing aids plus all the add on cleanings and don't get me started on the ridiculous price for hearing aid batteries when your lucky one will last 3 days! This place offer me a payment plan to have my hearing aids, cleaning, and batteries all at once! The staff here is amazing and incredibly helpful and understanding. I could not recommend any other place than this.
