  I am very impressed with Professor Pittman’s dedication to his students and the overall experience with the academy. I’ve trained and visited numerous gyms over 3 years and have never seen a gym that emphasized core values, becoming a leader, and applying those lessons learned outside the gym. The attitude of the students is all about sharing and continuous improvement. The staff are very welcoming and the number of black belts assisting classes speaks to the value they have gained through this academy. This is a serious place to train for serious people.

  My family and I joined Pittman's Academy around September and enjoyed attending the classes together. While I have not been able to make classes due to work, my husband and son continue to go. They look forward to going and enjoy the way Professor Pittman teaches and interacts with the class. It's been a great family experience.

  Enrolled my boys in the Pittman Academy for Martial Arts. They are enjoying the training and having a great time. They can't wait to go each day. Mr. Pittman has been very encouraging to them and they seem to be learning a lot. They go several times per week and always come away with exciting things to tell me about what they've learned. They are having fun and have met some very nice students that have helped them with the techniques, as well. It's a great atmosphere and I appreciate the high level of respect and honor that is shown by the staff and being taught by all the leaders.

  Milly and her parents here ! We absolutely love coming to Pittmans Academy , Milly has learn so much and her mind is opened up to new things . So we thank you all for show our babygirl how to protect herself with love . (:

  My husband and my 2 boys and youngest daughter go to PIttman's. My daughter is in 6th grade, and is small for her age. This week at her school a boy kept pushing up against her in the hallway between classes. She put her arms up to get him off of her and he turned and placed both his forearms across her throat and pinned her up against the lockers. He then asked her "what are you going to do about it?" Because of her excellent training at Pittman's she had confidence and clear thinking and knew exactly what she would do about it. She put her hands on his arms, pushed him back, and swiftly knee'd him in the groin causing him to fall back and away from her. She then stood over him and said "I'm a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu. Don't mess with me".
  My little girl can defend herself and isn't scared one bit to do so because of what she has learned at Pittman's.
  I am one proud mom and I'm so grateful that my husband takes our children to PIttman's to train together as a family. It has truly been a wonderful experience! I highly recommend going to Pittman's. It is WELL worth it!
