(July 16, 2023, 11:10 am)Booked an online same-day reservation while driving across TX. I had to call the office because there was a camper in our spot when we got there. Got it sorted quickly. Nice level and wide concrete pad. Easy hook ups. Quiet and clean.

(July 9, 2023, 10:28 pm)Very nice park with wide concrete pads and easy access for big rigs. Nice turn radius, great water pressure and stable power. Uber also services the park. The owners of the park are super nice and very accommodating. My motor home wouldn't start when we were trying to leave and the owners came with 2 vehicles to boost the batteries. Highly recommend Cotton Land RV Park for either a short or long stay.

(March 24, 2023, 9:45 pm)Convenient to Lubbock attractions. Concrete pad sites are nice, had some gravel sites as well but aggregate was very course with broken up granite counter top pieces in it. Lots of sharp pointy pieces. Not the best surface...
Very clean grounds and office.
No showers, 2 washers and dryers. 1 restroom in office by washers and dryers.
Playground area for kids.
Fair amount of traffic noise.
If there were restrooms and showers it would get 5 stars from me.
