    It was a great place to go. All the times Ive been to
    Lubbock and didn't know it was there! The lady employee there was great. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable there. Props to her. I wish I remembered her name, now.

    Very peaceful, trails, you can take your dogs but they must be kept on a leash, they have full size statues of bison and mammoths, recreated from bones found in the area, natural prairie plants etc.

    This place is amazing, I absolutely love the history here, and the wildflowers! When we went, there were sooo many butterflies in the feilds and ladybugs everywhere. It was pretty magical! You can even go here and ride your bike on the 3 mile trail, there are multiple trails that are multiple distances. Worth the trip, teach the kids a thing or two about life then!!????

    We did the night hike. It was nice having a guide, to tell us what the different plants were. Also, to give general information about area. It took about 90 minutes to walk. There are longer or shorter paths to take. We found it to be a great place to just go and hike on our own. We will, definitely, be returning.
