My visit at 6310 19th Street, Lubbock TX for an oil change and inspection was the best experience I've had getting an oil change. I've been to several other places and there is no comparison. Both our service technician and supervisor Nick was very knowledgeable going above and beyond to advise us of the procedures involved. The Customer Care was awesome. We will definitely be taking all our vehicles to this location now on.

They were very efficient & courteous to an older lady who knew some about what was needed for my car. They listened respectfully & explained well. They were clear on the price before starting and did what I asked without being pushy.
