I did not catch the gentleman's name who helped me but he was great! I gathered all the crew in there working were all helpful judging by what I saw. Obviously, solid boots since I have bought Red Wings before but my whole experience was 5 stars and will surely be back. I am going to recommend this Red Wing store to all my family and friends.
