(August 6, 2022, 9:25 am)We have had someone out to unstop a toilet and he did a great job! He was able to get to us in a timely manner, was polite, helpful, explained problem and took care of it right away.
During some remodeling, we were told we needed to have the old water softener pipes cut and tied off, when I called, Rosie was able to get us help right away. The service guys were excellent, did a great job and had everything taken care of in a short time.
We have been VERY PLEASED with Jay Young Plumbing and would definitely recommend their services! -

(July 30, 2022, 1:27 am)It's Texas... It's July... It's HOT! I came home at around 5:15 pm and noticed my air conditioner was no longer blowing cool air. It was 89 degrees in the house!!! I assumed that because of how busy AC folks are that I would at best have to endure the heat for at least the night if they could "get me in" and scheduled. I called and was told I'd get a call back which I did at aprox 5:45. The technicians said they were on their way from a job out of town and would be there at around 7. Low and behold they were there and exceedingly kind and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my unit. I appreciated the quick and professional service provided and would recommend them to anyone!

(July 26, 2022, 4:01 pm)This was the first time using Jay Young Plumbing I've seen there trucks around town but that's all I knew about them and I needed a water heater replaced I have my own plumber that I've used from 15 years but for some reason this time things were not working out had to tell him it's best you leave I'll find someone else I called them on a Tuesday they cane out Wednesday in under two hours we were up and going so needless to say I will be using Jay Young from now on

I wanted to take a minute and express my appreciation for y'all. Between visiting with y'all on the phone and working with John at my home, I have been so impressed. Y'all have been super helpful answering all my questions and John's kindness and work was terrific. We will definitely always call for anything else we may need! -
