I’m so happy I chose discount self storage. Carson went above and beyond at helping me find the right unit. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a safe place to store their belongings.

From beginning to end this place was great! Never had an issue, everyone I talked to was super helpful and pleasant. Getting set up and moving out was all simple and hassle free. (Which my moving had been that easy). Will definitely be back if I have any future storage needs!

These guys are amazing! We had one huge piece left to get out of our storage unit and instead of spending $50 on a trailer, Sage Megan Gabe and Rod came over and He-Man'd my merchandiser into the back of my truck. They could have said no, were about to close, or have me rent a trailer, but they didn't! They just helped! I will recommend them to everyone. It's not just about making money. They know customer service!

Phenomenal service from start to finish. Sage was extremely helpful and efficient when I came by the other day to rent a unit. I called him on my lunch break and told him what my wife and I were looking for and he said he could show me a few options that he recommended and promised to have me in-and-out so I could make it back to work in time. Promises made, promises kept. The moment I walked in, Sage was extremely friendly, professional and most importantly, he respected my time. He took me to look at 3 different options, and I picked one that would work for our purposes and budget. The whole process took ~20 minutes. Sage even went out of his way to make us a great deal on a climate-controlled unit. He sent over the paperwork via email and provided me with all of the instructions for my new unit. If you are in the market for a new storage space, I HIGHLY recommend you visit Sage at Discount Storage off 96th and University, you won't be disappointed.

P.S. This facility is EXTREMELY secure and clean. There's even music playing after hours in the buildings so it's not eerily quiet if you are there by yourself.

Rod was great! He was so nice and helped us with any questions that we had. It was busy when we got there but he was very patient and kind with everyone that was in the lobby. Not only do I have a storage unit, I now have a great list of restaurants to check off my list. I was dreading moving day but here we are. 18 stars out of 10, would store here again.
