(January 18, 2019, 8:25 pm)JEFF IS AWESOME! It has been a long road for this weird thing, but Jeff took control from the first day. With difficulty in diagnosing the problem, Jeff didn't give up, but instead contacted the manufacturer (Lippert) of the slide cylinders. The parts were not warranted but my RV was still relatively new. Jeff convinced Lippert that they should honor the warranty and THEY DID! After two months of waiting on the part, Jeff installed the new ones in a horrific wind. This guy ROCKS PEOPLE!!! I will call him each time, every time. He KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!
