I came to the ER at Anna with excruciating back pain. I was greeted with friendly and professional staff. They showed caring and empathy. I was seen rather quickly by Dr Meek. He listened carefully and asked pertinent questions. I was very impressed by his explanation of my back problem, explaining what had most likely happened and how to proceed. As I needed to see a specialist for a MRI, he addressed my immediate need for pain relief. 24 hours later and I feel like a new man! I’m so very grateful for all that they did for me. It’s a very modern and beautiful office, too.

Awesome stand alone ER. I’ve been here twice now and they get you in super quick and they have everything you would need (lab work, X-ray, CT ultrasound, etc). The staff is very friendly and efficient, from the front desk, to the nurses to the doctor. This past time I had a bad stomach bug and felt very dehydrated. They got me in and out with fluids and anything I needed. The first time I went in I thought I broke me thumb, they did a quick X-ray and got me everything I needed. It’s very convenient and much better than going to a hospital or even an urgent care.

The complete staff is amazing and helpful, awhile back my daughter suffered a dog bite and they were so caring and helped her calm down and were really amazing! Then recently I was rear ended at a atop lite, went in and the same...Everyone took care of me like they knew me for years! Hopefully you dont have to go to an ER but if you do and in the Anna area I promise you will be treated better than any ER on the planet!

Went to Baylor, Scott, and White with severe back pain, shortness of breath, and chest pain. After 6 hours, still wasn't seen. Left, decided to gut it out, 2 days later I woke up and couldn't breathe. Called BSW again who told me "Prepare for a wait." I was literally struggling to breathe without chest pain. On little more than hope, called the ER at Anna and spoke to Kendall (USAF Veteran who is AMAZING) who called the VA and got me authorized immediately. Came in and was seen immediately - never sat in the waiting room, even though a BUNCH of people had come in just before me. Was so fortunate to get to work with Mindy and Madilyn who both took every ounce of stress and fear away while they took blood, vitals, and an EKG. Then took a chest x-ray. I was then so blessed to work with the fantastic Dr. Roh, who solved about 2 weeks worth of accumulating issues and the resultant anxiety and depression. This was a truly PHENOMENAL experience, and I will never forget the kindness, compassion, skill, and humanity that I experienced tonight from the staff of the ER at Anna. My heart is full.
