Enclave at Woodland Lakes

The staff in the leasing office, Veronica and Kaeley, are super friendly and professional. Veronica was very helpful and responsive during the tour, application process, and move in. They are always friendly and smiling anytime I’ve been in the leasing office. All the neighbors we have talked to also have been really nice and normal also.

The pool, gym, and playground are all very nice and well kept. There is a dog park also. The place is very dog friendly and we enjoy walking around the huge pond that you can fish in if you want.

There’s a market once a month with lots of food and craft vendors. We have enjoyed that. There are also several really good restaurants, bar, and smoothie place right next to the apartments as well as Xscape theater across the street which is really nice also.

My only gripes would be their landscaping needs some attention - this place is way too nice to let the landscaping go like it has. Management said the landscaping is getting major overhaul next year.

We have had issues with water on and off since we have been here. Sometimes down to a trickle and a lot of times none at all. It’s apparently an issue with the water provider Aqua and not the apartment, but it is extremely inconvenient.

We’ve also battled roaches for the entire 4 months we have been here. We keep the kitchen spotless every night. They come spray when we ask them to and I spray myself weekly - they seem to come in waves but have never been completely gone.

Everything else about the place is top notch - the apartments themselves are nice inside.
