The staff at Dogtopia - The Woodlands North are outstanding, caring and very knowledgeable. The booking process was quick and made even easier using their mobile app. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. They offer a variety of services as well as daily activities for your dogs in a stimulating, fun and safe environment. Pet parents are able to drop in on their dogs using the webcam feature and the staff offers a report card of your dog’s performance for the day. Overall, Dogtopia has been exceptional and I would recommend them in the highest. —Bryant L

My fur babies absolutely LOVE Dogtopia. They can't wait to get out of the car, and practically open the door themselves. They come home SO happy. The staff is amazing and they pay a lot of attention to detail. Can't say enough good things : )

Thank you dogtopia !I just love everybody here including Paris! My grand puppies are very happy there!! They were just beyond awesome moving in day had to leave them there with instructions you can never go wrong. Also the drop off area fabulous the pickup incredible! They take care of your canine family members folks this is the place!! Did I mention that on the first day when there's reviewing how your family members will be you get a report card? And it is a detailed report card! Just beautiful personalized service!!

I don’t even know where to begin. Owning a small business in The Woodlands is hard - very hard. I have two puppies who come to my business every day with me and are very well socialized with adults, kids and babies. I was wanting to socialize them with dogs and regain some independence and I researched many daycare facilities - this one came highly recommended so I gave it a try. I know my dogs are ridiculous, spoiled and people obsessed but I didn’t realize just how sensitive they were to being away from their people and with a large group of dogs. I reached out to Dogtopia after the last visit with feedback and my unfortunate decision to cancel my membership expecting to be charged a cancellation fee and to be written off as a client…well let’s just say I was blown away by their customer service and care for my concerns and my fur babies. Most businesses do not treat customers as people, but as numbers…not this place. I’m hoping that down the road, once my dogs can stomach being away from their people more and learn to appreciate their canine companions, that I can revisit doggy daycare here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean, safe and friendly environment for their pups.
