  Making time for Body and Brain classes has become a priority in my life. Before attending classes I had little energy to get through the day, my knees ached, and I just felt old and run down. Now, after just 3 weeks, I have energy, better digestion, better control of my blood glucose levels, and I feel great! I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this little gem!

  I love this place and Cherie is an amazing instructor! As soon as you walk in you can feel a change in the atmosphere. You can’t help but to feel relaxed and comfortable. This isn’t your ordinary yoga studio. It’s the best place to relieve stress and grow your consciousness. You just have to experience it yourself to know the true value. Thank you so much for being here.

  I highly recommend Body N Brain Conroe. Cherie is a gifted and wonderful person, ready and willing to help guide you to better awareness and healing of your body and mind. I was looking for something that would encompass all of those things in my life and have had great results. I have seen improvements in my health problems, my overall energy has increased and my attitude towards life is more positive. The environment is friendly and supportive. Everyone has difficulties and challenges in their life and I am grateful to have someone like Cherie on my support team. So grateful to learn from her and better myself in the process.

  I have been going to classes and just had my first healing session with Cherie. Talk about relaxing. I went in with all the busyness that is usually clouding my brain. I left with clarity and a lighter feeling. Cherie has a great energy about her. I was able to be calm and relaxed during my session. I will definitely be back.

  This place is amazing, I didn't know there was a Body and Brain Center in this area but I'm so glad I found it. The classes are just amazing. You walk in and just feel so that you're in a special place. I can truly say that about all Body and Brain Centers. Thank you for opening one in this area.
