    We were having a problem with our vacuum and took it here. They were very friendly and helpful and loaded the vacuum back in the car.

    Excellent and knowledgeable service. No hard push to buy a new vacuum but we ended up with a new one after they looked and my old one and decided it was too much to fix.

    I brought in my vacuum because it wasn’t picking up. Daniel took the bottom plate off, checked the rollers and suction. He realized quickly that I hadn’t hit the reset button after I had overloaded the vacuum.
    He didn’t charge me a penny and took my vacuum back out to my car as I had my infant granddaughter in her car seat.
    Wonderful experience!!

    Went back to our "ONLY" vacuum store for 20 years...Roman and Daniel were top shelf with all our Oreck needs. We commend them for their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Once you try them you will be hooked for all your carpet, tile, and floor cleaning needs. Their service after the sale is legendary. You wont be sorry!! Thanks guys!!
