NewSound Hearing Centers

I was misinformed from my insurance ,but the Dr spent lots of time explaining it.She was great.wil go back when things are straight.

The staff at NewSound truly went the extra mile helping Mom with adjustments to her hearing aids. They were patient, thoughtful and understanding. She’s hearing again!

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Took the time to ensure i understood my results and all the steps along the way. Ive been going for years for my check ups following an ear injury and have always gotten the same friendly helpful service even during walk ins.

Arrived on time and the employees were ready at 9"AM.
The employees were efficient and the cleaning procedure was
done and then on to the Test. This to see if the hearing aids
needed to be adjusted. After completion of the test, the
employee went over the results and discussed them with me.

The employees were all very helpful and it was a pleasure
doing business with them even at that early hour.

I went in to get my hearing aids adjusted. They cleaned and adjusted zo I'm hearing much better. I forgot to have them show me how to change the little white filter thing
