We needed to have our carpet stretched that was put in by our builder. Since Showcase Carpet was close to our subdivision we decided to call them. Marcie came out & measured each room & we decided to put in a better pad while they were doing the work. We moved all the bedding & knick knacks & the workers moved all the furniture & put everything back in the original space. I had expected to vacuum when they finished, but they vacuumed each room before putting the furniture back in & cleaned up our dark hardwood floors all the way to the front door. Would recommend the family owned business to everyone needing flooring. They are very professional & friendly!!
The service and follow-up were outstanding from start to finish. We had used them for a smaller job three years, and had been quite pleased with their service then. This time, on a bigger job, the service was every bit as good. The whole process came off exactly as it was supposed to, exactly when it was supposed to. We would certainly use them again if we had a need fro flooring in the future.
My daughter's townhouse had a first floor water 'event' and the laminate was destroyed. We went through a national chain to replace it and the problems began. When relaying our problems, a friend recommended Showcase, I decided to take a chance. I went there that same day and explained our situation. That was on a Wednesday. I took home some samples and they measured her place by the end of the day. We chose a product by the next morning and 4 days later, they installed her new floors. They are absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed with the staff we dealt with, the service, the competitive prices and the quality of the product. Our family will be doing more business with them in the future as well as recommending them to our family and friends. Small town, detailed-oriented service with competitive prices, a great combination!!
There are not enough wonderful words to describe this company and the awesome people!!! Katie and Natalie who greeted me the first time I walked in and helped me and explained things to me! Clif coming to measure and being honest and here again explaining how and why something would or wouldn't work and not being pushy or impatient!!!! I had some health issues, how compassionate they were and caring!!!!! And working with me keeping me calm!! Marci even came by to pick up some carpet samples so I wouldn't have to drop them off at store. Such caring, genuine GOOD people. Can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. We also had a house full of carpet installed 19 years ago with Showcase.! They also had the best selections of tile and carpet for me.Wanted to add the installers were brilliant!!!!!! did clean work, so polite , worked with me and did fantastic work, I'M VERY PICKY!!
We recently had two closets carpeted and then - the big job - engineered hardwood floors installed in our large foyer and dining room. Everyone was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, clean, helpful, communicative and every other positive thing you can think of! And, the floors are stunning!
