(March 11, 2019, 9:51 am)Got a 10 x 10 and first Month discounted for signing up. Plus they have a uhual like moving truck/box van thing to use if you need with stuff. Gated. Cameras. Plus friendly staff 5 stars :) hidden gem in Kingwood. They were the first storage place in Kingwood. Been there since 70s the desk lady said. So they got to be doing something right.

(June 18, 2018, 3:40 pm)Dear Mini U Storage, I was a little anxious when you first took over TMC, but things have really changed and it's really a much better place, the staff is excellent and well organized the remodel that was done in the main office and bathroom is excellent, the staff is very professional at handling billing , the grounds
are well maintained ,and just good hospitality, I look forward to the future with Mini U Storage! -

(June 2, 2018, 11:50 am)This is the best storage facility I've used; in fact I just moved some of my things from another facility because of my previous experience here. It is clean and has great security. The new climate-controlled units are a bonus, especially in this Texas heat, and are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, professional, and quite helpful. Kristi (she's awesome) helped me select the units that worked best for me, without trying to oversell me. Kudos!

It was a tense situation for me but she made me feel relaxed and assured of my decision! They have boxes, tape AND the use of the moving truck was awesome! I highly recommend this facility!! And if you have the pleasure of meeting Kristina you will know you have met a one of a kind, genuinely amazing, human being. Thank you for everything!

She did not have the unit that I needed, but she was super friendly, her facility was clean, and she provided information about another local facility that had what I was looking for. The office smelled heavenly and the cold bottle of water as I was leaving was a lovely touch. I’ll be going back to get packing supplies from her today.
