  Doris is amazing! She is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. She listened to my needs and made it a breeze to take care of me,, swift and and seeminly effortlessly,she got me in and out. All with her great smile and extended offer of assistance and an obvious caring attitude. This woman takes pride in her customer care service and is one of the reasons I only safeguard my valuables, keepsakes and extras with CubeSmart. I Have. 5 units at various storage facilities and over the past 5 years I have pretty much given all of them a shot and I've narrowed it down to CubeSmart being one I can count on to be communicative, to be considerate, and to be accommodating. I will always use CubeSmart from here on out! all the others don't compare! I would know!CubeSmart really takes time to work with their managers and customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing a wonderful experience for the customer in need of a clean and well lit storage unit. Their prices are very reasonable and the spaces are always clean as is the property in whole. They provide great security and I feel safe getting my important extras where I can get to them but feel good that no one else will. CubeSmart and the Cubesmart family of team members and managers take pride in their properties. I'm a loyal customer!! So, as long as I keep my hobby of collecting ,my passion for crafting and my Christmas galore in excess... which i will always do. CubeSmart and I are going to have a long future ahead of us,and I'm glad to say we already have a great past behind us! So, thanks CubeSmart for being there when I need you and a special shout out and thank you too dear Doris, your great attitude and your beautiful smile stay with me long after I leave my unit. Keep up the great work you're doing a fantastic job.

  I had a great experience signing up with CubeSmart in Magnolia. It took maybe 15 minutes from walking into the office to confirm my reservation to me loading things into my new storage locker. No fuss no muss! Just the way I like it.
  The customer service was great, in addition to speedy. And the facilities are well kept.
  Highly recommended!

  Excellent customer service from both of the ladies in the office. Molly took great care of me. Signing me up even though their internet connection had gone down. Facility is very clean and quiet.... Having the caretaker on the property is a definite plus.

  Great storage facility, especially if you live in The Woodlands. I've hade a storage here for almost two years & have never had a problem. The office ladies are super nice as well.
