  Loved the experience. I had the pleasure of Elvia working with me to get the coverage I wanted for my 3 vehicles. She is very knowledgable and friendly! I was also impressed with how quick I was able to transition into a new policy. Not only did I save money by switching I also received better coverage!! I’ve had a few questions even after my initial visit and I was happy with how easy it was to reach her. The customer service I received was very professional and kind. Thanks Elvia!

  Stokes Insurance is an amazing insurance company that treats your inquiry like it is the most important thing going. They are very responsive with amazingly competitive rates. I use them for all of my insurance needs. Mrs. Elvia Rios goes above & beyond with customer service, even responding to emails after hours & on vacation letting you know that she got your email & will respond first thing in the morning. Amazing company!! Amazing staff!!

  Elvia was fast and efficient! She was very responsive and got back to me quickly each time I contacted her. She was able to provide me a great quote in a few hours the same day that I contacted her. She also made sure I got all of the discounts that I was eligible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an independent agent to help you find the best insurance policy for your needs.

  My husband and I moved to the area and have chosen Stokes insurance agency for coverage on our vehicles and homeowners. What an awesome change we made. Friendly and helpful people in the office made it an easy change over for us. I highly recommend them. They cut my savings in half on my home and my auto insurance.
