This is my 3rd home purchase but my first time using Accurate Home Services. Larry was at the house early before I even arrived and I appreciate it when people are on time. Larry was extremely thorough and informative when I had questions. The house that my wife and I purchased is 40+ years old and he gave us the pros and cons about that and what we should expect to come with it. That being said the report that he completed the same day put us to ease with what we should have corrected before moving in and the items that we expect to continue to live with. After we outgrow this house we will be using Accurate Home Services again for next home purchase.
