Dr. Rayha is an honest and direct psychologist. I went to several before I chose her 15 years ago. If you want to be handled with kid gloves she's not your doctor. If you want to deal with your problems and be real with yourself she's the best you will find. I visited many psychologists and psychiatrists before I chose her. She also treated several people close to me because they saw the progress I made with her. I highly recommend Dr. Rayha.
I saw Dr Rayha when I was 15 and again recently at 32 years old. Both times Dr Rayha encouraged me to develop my boundaries and gave me encouragement and strategies to develop my confidence and to stand up for myself. She taught me 15 to end a toxic relationship and taught me again at 32 to be able to be direct about what I needed and wanted and to not "tolerated the intolerable." I would highly recommend this psychologist to any woman who wants to feel empowered in her life. I would return to work with her anytime another issue arose in my life! I trust her.
