  Very clean and friendly establishment. James my technician did a great job on the wheel alignment. Mason let me go to the back as they were doing my alignment and showed me visually what they were doing because I had to get after market bolts added to be able to adjust my front tires. I also went to high school with Mason great guy and down to earth. Had a very good experience here, it's rare you ever get to go behind the scenes and see what is happening to your car. Mason also offered me snacks and gave me another drink for the road. I was not expecting to pay as much as I did but the alignment had to get done and I did have a coupon which helped a bit. Thanks James for your hard work servicing the car and also putting down seat and floor covers to not get the inside dirty. You guys are a blessing and I know where to go if I need any other work done. Keep up the great work!

  Great staff they greeted me as soon as I entered. My car battery was low voltage they recharged my car battery free of charge. Highly recommended!!

  New Years Eve my car would not start even after a jump. My insurance company towed my car to Christian Brothers Automotive on Rayford while at work. I spoke with Mason who was very reassuring that they would take a look at my vehicle and I received a call once the car was dropped off. The same day I received a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle. Mason explained the diagnostic test, and the reason why my car wouldn't start. Turned out no major service was needed on my vehicle, just some insight and I was able to drive to work this morning and back with no issues. This was done at no charge- just honesty, kindness, and really good customer service and I really appreciate that. Thank you.

  I was looking for a place to do a wheel alignment on my car before all of the fun travel over the holidays and gave Christian Brother's a call on Thursday night. They were super nice, and even though they were slammed with no appointments left, offered to squeeze me in at some point during the day if I was able to leave the car.
  
  I arrived early in the morning on my way to work (around 7a), and Mason greeted me and took down all of my info. I was super impressed with how nice the office space was, but more importantly with how nice all of the staff were that I interacted with. It wasn't forced nice, these are just nice folks who seem to really enjoy what they do.
  
  Mason called me sometime around noon to let me know that the car was done, and I came by to pick it up. He provided the spec sheet that showed the before and after of the alignment and quickly wrapped up all of the paperwork. When I came back to the car, I was happy to see that a mat had been placed down to keep greasy boots, etc. from being on my carpet.
  
  Cost was pretty much as expected, if not slightly on the high side (though If I would have checked their website for coupons online first, it would have saved me a bit of dough).
  
  Overall great experience, and I'll definitely be back!
