(January 5, 2017, 2:21 am)The only company I will ever trust for my needs. Erich is thorough and knowledgeable. He's a student of pest behavior and how to get rid of them. My little sister, who lives next door to me, had a "bit" of a mouse problem. She thought she could take care of it with some store bought traps. After her exasperated early morning call to me to ask for help removing one from her kitchen counter that she had captured using a glue trap (her trap of last resort as it is a horribly cruel choice, and messy) I called Sure Shot. She also has two inside dogs and was concerned about poison. Erich came up with a course of action to assuage her concerns and help prevent return "visitors". The smile on her face when she realized her nightmare was over was priceless. Do yourself a favor and call a pro.
