  I just purchased a 2019 XT4 and the experience was awesome. Brandon Gaines was so patient with me. He actually spent his time making sure I received exactly everything I was looking for.   The service was excellent. Mr. Bush has excellent management skills. Ms.Laurel my salesperson was very knowledgeable and has exceptional interpersonal skills. I plan to buy my next Cadillac from Bayway Cadillac. The staff were very friendly and offered assistance before I saw my salesperson. You have an amazing team.

  Our sales person, Brandon Gaines, at the Bayway Cadillac dealership was outstanding. He worked with us to find the right vehicle for us at the right price. Brandon listened to what we wanted and acted accordingly. He never tried to pressure us or push us to something we didn’t want. I would highly recommend Brandon Gaines to help find what you are looking for.

  Everyone was extremely genuinely nice. The receptionist (forgot her name) was extremely attentive and would just check on me and other customers. My sales person Lyn Jorden Was absolutely fantastic. Not like other sales people who after the sale forgets you, she has called and has made sure all operations and car features are being utilized or if additional information or direction was needed. I asked to speak with a manager. I must mention the manager Mr. Darrin Jackson who was extremely patient in assisting with “what I wanted, my needs, my goals, etc so that Lyn was able to fine tune my purchase. He was not pushy and wanted me to take my time and consider what I really needed. Mr. Jackson I noticed, helped multiple sales persons and customers but still I never felt My Husband and I were being forgotten. It was like, the entire dealership was a united team to help me. If you are thinking of a new or used car purchase, do yourself a favor and visit. Ask for Lyn Jordan or Mr. Darrin Jackson. You won’t be disappointed. M. Benson
