(March 11, 2019, 3:46 pm)Miguel came out to assist us. He was extremely polite and courteous and went straight to work in finding our issue so that he could do what he could to resolve it ASAP. The issue was pinpointed and a same-day fix put in place. Can’t ask for better than that!

(March 8, 2019, 3:50 pm)I had a new unit installed in my home a couple of years ago by a different company that I would never use again. We started to notice an odor coming from the A/C when the air would come on after the heater was utilized in colder temps.
I read the amazing reviews about The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning, so I decided to give them a call to come service the unit. Brian came by and assessed what was needed. We discussed needing to cut a hole in the upstairs plenum box and have an access door installed so the coil could be cleaned. We scheduled a date & time that worked for both of us and then he left without charging me anything at all. He said we would take care of the service call fee when they did the work on our agreed upon date. Very refreshing.
The day of the install, Brian showed up on time with his installer, also named Brian. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to talk with and had no problem answering any questions I had during the visit. The door was installed, coil cleaned and entire unit inside and out was checked thoroughly and serviced properly.
The bottom line is that I would recommend this company to everyone. Fast, friendly, economical and more importantly, work was performed correctly and I was not pressured into buying things I did not need. Honesty goes a long way with me and Brian is definitely an honest man with your best interest in mind.
