  The whole staff at Cassio is absolutely amazing! From the start to finish they were there and communicated clearly if our custom requests could be done. We are so pleased with the work that they did for our wedding bands and we will certainly be back!

  A couple of notes. The gentlemen I worked with Brent Barker, was extremely helpful in assisting me to understand the entire process from stone selection, to setting choices and options.
  
  The owners went the extra mile on the sizing of the ring after purchase as well.
  
  If you are in the market for a ring, this was by far a great experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.

  Very nice shop in the heart of the Woodlands without the ‘Woodlands Tax’.
  
  I’ve used them to repair a Seiko Tachometer watch & resize & engrave a family ring.
  
  The staff is very friendly & helpful.
  
  I had a some dates engraved & wasn’t quite sure of the date when dropping the ring off. Well Craig Cassio called me to verify the date when he was ready to do the engraving. Appreciated that extra effort to make certain it was done right.

  I've been doing business with Cassio for several years now and highly recommend them for everything -- jewelry, custom designs, repairs, appraisals, you name it. It's a wonderful family business, and Craig and Michelle are great people who put their customers first and make them feel valued whether they're simply replacing a battery on a watch or designing a custom engagement ring. Their eye for and attention to detail, and concern for their customer's satisfaction is immense. For example, I purchased a pair of birthstones for earrings quite a while ago--it was my first pair of nice earrings and I'd never had my birthstone before, so I was really excited; however, I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted the design to look like (and also became distracted with life/work, which dragged the decision time out a bit). Craig and Michelle were incredibly patient throughout that period, and when I finally was struck with inspiration for what I wanted, it only took two weeks to discuss the details and have the finished product back to me, even at the height of the busy Christmas season. I couldn't have been happier, and am already back to working with them on another item.
  
  Finally, I've also got to say how happy I am (as I'm sure they are too) with their new showroom in Hughes Landing---it's a wonderful space and a much better location overall than their previous location in Oak Ridge.

  This is a hidden GEM of jewelry stores. I was led through an engagement ring process by Brent and his team. I initially selected this store because of its proximity to my office, but the moment I walked through the doors, the whole attention was immediately on the details of producing a flawless product. Out of the stores I previously visited, Cassio Creations had one of the more expansive, and creative showings of rings I had seen. The team was happy to explain and teach me about important details, that seemed minute to me at the time. I would recommend Cassio Creations have a rating of 6 out of 5, to match the 120% of care and thought they put into a perfect product.
