  Due to recent health episodes, I have had a few surgeries at this facility within the last year. The staff is exquisite and provides the utmost care for their patients. I have yet to see such humanity, kindness even tasteful humor along with the best bedside manners from the staff here. From the front desk to post-operative care…marvelous!

  This place is absolutely phenomenal. I have had procedures here in Texas as well as elsewhere in the US and overseas in Africa, Middle East etc. and this was hands-down the best staff I have ever engaged with. Georgia and Donna were incredibly kind and patient and kept me informed every step of the way… Even more so than my doctors office. They were always in a happy mood when I called and never seems exasperated with extra questions.
  It did not have the sterile feel of a typical medical facility. The whole procedure was done in less than three hours from arrival to departure and I never felt rushed or bombarded with paperwork.
  
  The day of the procedure I was a little apprehensive but nurse Dawn was so incredibly kind and patient. She gave me a comprehensive overview of what we would be doing, I made sure I was settled in and comfortable, even brought me a heated blanket. The other nurse, I believe her name was Barbara was so reassuring… The last thing I remember before The anesthesia kicked in was her gently patting my head and shoulder telling me everything was going to be fine and asking if I needed anything. What an amazing team! The facility itself is super clean and calm… Does not have that ste

  I am seeing Dr. Gohel here for a series of procedures for my spine that I must be under anesthesia for. I have severe anxiety and felt like I wanted to vomit walking in there for my first visit. Withing minutes they had me laughing and at ease. I was so relaxed and pain free, in fact, that when I came out of anesthesia I asked the recovery nurse if we were almost ready to start the procedure because I did not really remember doing it. Then the fog cleared from my brain and I remembered I had already been wheeled to the OR. The staff and Dr. Gohel made it effortless and even relaxing, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

  I had knee surgery at lake shore surgery center from Dr.Eilers. He did an incredible job, and the staff at Lake Shore was phenomenal. I was super anxious and scared, as this was my first surgery, and they made me feel so comfortableX making the process so smooth. Let’s be real, no one wants to have surgery, but when the experience was like mine, and the bedside manner I received was like it was, it made going through surgery much easier to go through. This is the surgery center to go to, I am beyond impressed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
