I was very impressed with Robert and Lori. They educated us on the bike and took us out on a scheduled tour in which we could try multiple bikes nd options. It is a big purchase and they both seemed genuinely concerned that we made the purchase that was right for us rather than a quick sale. Both my husband and I were very impressed by their service and definitely recommend checking out this bike shop.

My family had so much fun riding electric bikes from Pedego The Woodlands. We rode for almost two hours and stopped for lunch during our ride. If you're looking for something fun and easy to do, go rent an electric bike. It was awesome!

While I’d never ridden an e-bike, I loved it! Lori did a great job of explaining how it works. She was very helpful in showing me how to set the assistance level and the throttle, along with the breaks and gear shift. We are definitely considering the purchase of an e-bike. Tons of fun to ride!

I cannot say enough Great things about the experience we had with the Loasby's ! Very knowledgeable, and friendly, and let's not forget patient.. Laurie spent well over an hour with me going over the different options for My personal needs. I rode nearly every model they had in the store, they Strongly advised I do so, and I found the Perfect bike for me!
I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to them, and i look forward to a long relationship with these great people.

Very good experience. Was in the market for a bike and found their shop close to home. There is a nice selection of bikes and models. Very friendly staff that helped me more than other shops I had been to. I was able to try a few bikes on a good long ride. Made adjustments for me, changed out seats, adjusted handle bars for my my comfort - all for the demo rides. TOP NOTCH! When I decided I did want to purchase a bike, they helped me customized it and they said it would be ready in an hour or so. They even offered to deliver the bike to my home that afternoon, but I choose to ride it home. The bike is very good quality but just as important is the shop where one buys it. The will go out of the way to help and I appreciate that.
