  I was recently assigned a file with BS Care Houston/Woodlands. Very happy with their services and care of the patients we refer over. On a timely manner, we have been provided with updates, reports, and have answered all our questions and concerns. Great service from a professional staff. Thank you!

  At Brightstar not only are the home care employees so personable and knowledgeable, but office staff are great as well. Brittney and Brook do everything in their power to cover desired shifts. The Administration and nurses are always available to answer questions and as this was our first experience with a terminal illness, we had many. This was a difficult time for our family and we felt that not only did the CNA's care for our grandmother, but also for us. They became extended family. Leslie, Jesse, Nuvia, and Erma all went above and beyond. I highly recommend this organization.

  The staff have been so helpful finding a caregiver for our son. They were able to work around our constantly changing schedule to provide the perfect care for our 18 year old son!

  My nurse Amy Sorrells is awesome. She goes beyond the call of duty. I know when ever I have question she will either have the answer or find out for me. Love her to death. So blessed she's my nurse.
