  I had to share my recovery experience with you. I’ve been doing triathlons for the past 5 years. I have completed 2 full Ironman and several sprints, olympics, and half IM distance races. As you all know, aches and pains often follow our training and competitions.
  Well, I have found something that greatly accelerates recovery. It is the HOCATT which stands for Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Therapy.
  I have done several HOCATT sessions after my Waco half Ironman last year and also after my half marathon a month ago. Since I start doing this I notice that I recover VERY quickly if I do a Hocatt session. You definitely need to check this out and try it. My muscles relax, pain diminishes, and I’m able to function the next day.

  I have been coming to Woodlands Natural Health since July and I have to say I am very impressed with my results from the Neurofeedback and EFT sessions. Mike and Yvette are very passionate about helping me to heal myself. I cannot describe how much better I feel sine I started these treatments. I recommend you visiting and talking to Mike and Yvette so you can become healthier just as I have.   Absolutely LOVING my experience at Woodlands Natural Health! Yvette and Mike are wonderful! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, it smells of wonderful essential oils and I've been greeted with a smile EVERY time I've walked though the door! They have always made me feel like a priority and like my time and service is appreciated! During my first visit and consultation Yvette was full of knowledge, answering every question with ease and terms that were easy to follow. She gave loads of advice on nutrition and healthy food options, exercise/workout routines, how Vevazz works, and was even kind enough to email a list of healthy recipe ideas! After about 2 weeks I saw to dramatic results after focusing on my lower tummy, which is so hard to target! And since then, even more! It's flat like it was years ago, and I haven't felt this confident in ages! I will continue to go to Woodlands Natural Health and look forward to it every time. Yvette and Mike are THE BEST! THANK YOU!!!

  Yvette is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to health and natural healing. She and Mike run an AMAZING business! I HIGHLY suggest checking out their incredible treatments. I have been using the far infrared sauna to help ease pain and it has definitely been worth it.
  They are not overly priced or pushy and they have a free consultation so it's a win-win!

  I think you are amazing. You’re much more knowledgeable about the human body as a whole than anyone I have met. You are also truthful in what you consider your areas of expertise. These past months have been quite a journey and I can’t thank you enough for taking it with me. You’re always willing to listen and work with me through the ups and blahs. Most offices nowadays just write pills based on blood work. They cover up the symptoms, not cure the patient. I feel better everyday and look forward to the day when my health and mind are restored. Actually, probably better than before.
