(April 7, 2017, 8:30 pm)I am overjoyed with my experience at Empire Ink, the studio had a great atmosphere I was pretty much topless during my tattoo session. But Scott gave me the adequate materials to cover myself, he always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The studio was very clean and sterile utensils were used. Scott is an amazing artist and I will definitely be back to see him.
