My father passed away and I was appointed the executor of the estate which included his house in Flour Bluff. I flew down from Kansas City to plan an estate sale and find a relator to list his house. My dad's neighbor recommended Abby Homes. A few weeks and a few emails later, Amafel Martinez met me at the house with the comps and a suggested listing price.

Amafel staged the house for showings and worked with the estate auction company while the house was on the market. She helped clean up the house after the estate auction and helped me find some contractors to take care of some issues that came up with the house after the buyer's inspection. Amafel also followed up with some major plumbing work that had to be complete before closing. Amafel answered all my questions and was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abby Homes if you have a house to sell.

We first met Rhonda and Mike when we were trying to buy a house on the Island 16 years ago while we were on an overseas assignment. Thanks to Rhonda, we were able to find the right house with very limited time in country as she understood our needs and did not waste our time on homes that did not line up. She coordinated the closing by "remote control" enabling us to fly in, sign the papers and move in. Over the course of our ownership we continued to work with Mike and Rhonda to find contractors and other service providers. They know EVERYONE. Later in our ownership we converted the house to a rental and had Mike and Rhonda manage it for 6 years while we were away and then sell it for us. They went way over and above the call of duty in taking care of our house and our tenants, enabling us to remain "hands off" knowing our home was in the best hands. When we decided to sell, Rhonda talked me off the ledge several times, preventing me from dropping the home price for a quicker sell.
