Corpus Christi Freightliner

A nice crew of people here. They take care of you and your rig quickly and with a good attitude. The only drawback that I see to this facility is the size of the waiting room or the driver's lounge. Very small, very cramped. That being the only downfall, corpus Christi Freightliner is a good place to bring your rig for maintenance.

Corpus Christi Freightliner is warranted a full five star review. Upon arrival and checking with the service department, I was greeted with professionalism and with sincere respect. The issues with my truck were discussed and noted accurately. The truck was in the service bay within 30 minutes from the time of checking in. Shortly after I was informed after thorough inspection there were two additional items discovered which needed to be addressed. I approved the additional items for service repairs. The majority of the repairs were completed the first day with the exception of a bunk ac blower motor. I was informed the part would arrive before 07:00 the following day. I Arrived back at 07:00 and within approximately two hours all the repairs initially noted the previous day we’re completed to my satisfaction.
All in all if you choose to have service done to your truck at Corpus Christi freightliner I assure you it is the right choice and you will have a great experience as I did. All the staff both in the service department sales department management and most importantly the mechanic were examples of true professionals well organized and with an attention to detail. I drove 200 miles because I didn't want to go to the Houston location boy am I glad I did. I spoke to Skylar in service and he took care of me quickly reassuring me that they were here too provide high quality service as well as good customer communications. I was in and out in one day and my truck is running great no issues. The service manager Sandi Sharpe was very respectful and nice, she gave me a good feeling kinda like she understands what drivers go through the blatant disrespect that we have to endure sometimes at shippers and receivers and at repair shops but not this place oh no not here 100% consideration for the driver they treat you with dignity and respect and I'm coming back, this is my new shop I'm driving over 200 miles to this location I don't care if fuel prices hit $7 a gallon!! I'm still coming here Hopefully upper management and the owner of freightliner will read this I look forward to commucating with Sandi for some up coming preventive maintenance services i will be doing to my truck , I give this location 5 stars 🌟 👍

The guys here were very professional and polite. They had some decent prices on some things, and some were your typical dealership prices, but overall not bad. Inspections seem to be pretty quick. We happened to show up on the day they were having driver appreciation, and they had BBQ and all kinds of sides. It's nice to be appreciated once in a while! Thanks!

My husband was having trouble with his truck since he bought it in November. We stayed in different shops but this one REALLY took care of us. They're very professional and did an amazing job getting everything fixed the right way. We would definitely recommend them for repairs you won't be disappointed. Wish other places were as honest and professional as them.
