Tasha is very innovative and inspirational. The facility is excellent with knowledgable trainers. Studio is very clean and has great equipment. Upon initial training program set by Tasha, Nicole is our personnel trainer. Nicole makes us feel important. She gives us the strength and encouragement. Everyone at the studio (Tasha, Nicole and Breanne) are very friendly. Anita and myself would highly recommend for anyone regardless of size to go and experience. Its a great place and a must to go work out. Thank you Tasha and Nicole.
Tasha runs a great gym! I worked with her and a few different trainers over the last two years and two triathlons. Both her and the people she hires are professional, positive and passionate about fitness. If I wasn’t moving I’d still be training here.
I enjoy this gym with my work schedule. I work anywhere from seven to nine in the morning and this fits in perfectly for me offering three different classes that only take thirty minutes of my time and I’m out the door! My favorite concept with this gym is they work with me on correcting my dieting to help me achieve faster results! I get the one on one training even with the small classes. For me a small class environment pushes me to work harder with other clients to motivate me. Prices are more than fair and there’s no contract so that alone is enough to check it out. Another good thing is you can take an additional class here and there for about fifteen bucks and just pay when you want to go once a week or once a month.
What An amazing first workout today!!!. I had gotten off my path of Personal Fitness and needed to get back on track. So blessed to have Tasha training me. Her knowledge and expertise is so evident in how she explains and demonstrates everything. I know I will meet my goals with her. If you have not checked out her studio, What are you waiting for.
The staff is some of the best people to work with and be around. Love doing the Yoga as well, Also like that I get opportunities to work with more then one trainer, if my trainer isn’t able to work that day. The group workout are also small so you get some one on one time to get better at what your doing without feeling like your lost.
