I was skeptical at first because of other body shops, but this shop has not only repaired my vehicle and made it look brand new, but delivered when they said they would. The staff was helpful, nice and answered my questions whenever I had any. They made sure that I was completely satisfied before receiving my car back. I recommend this business to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle. Truly exceptional service. My Altima looks great now.

Took my F150 here last year after getting sideswiped. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. They guys did a great job getting my truck back to the condition it was in before the accident. The insurance adjuster was low on the appraisal however they took care of that hassle for me. They did such a good job when one of our work trucks got damaged I immediately went by for a quote. We just picked the truck up this morning and it looks good as new. Thanks again!

This is my second response regarding this company. They are on point. They are the most knowledgeable, reliable professional company. I was referred by a friend from Mike Shaw Toyota. So glad I went with Southside Paint & Body Shop. I met with Eric, he was so caring and understand to my situation and what was needed.?Then I met Andrea and Stryker, and they were utterly passionate. Last by not least. Sarah, the receptionist, greeted you as if you was part of the family. Over the phone, you could hear great attitude in her voice.❤ After meeting her, I told her, Thank you for your great Customer Service. ?

I used southside for the first time about 3yrs ago and again today...I cannot say enough good things about the service, the quality and the attention to customer satisfaction!!! Initially they repaired a back bumper and tail light on my old Altima, today john earned himself a customer for life when he took a look at a small scratch on my new Toyota Camry. Instead of trying to up sell me and make me go thru insurance, he took care of the issue in less than ten minutes!!! You would never know there was an issue looking at the car now!!! Sarah at the front desk (bear with me I may have gotten her name wrong) was THE most pleasant person to pass the time with!!! Definitely recommend as they do top notch work and are so very courteous and professional!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you so much!!?
