Retreat by Watermark Apartments

Experience has been amazing and very welcoming. Even if there are questions or concerns, team is always ready and willing to help! The apartment is super clean and well worth the rent.

We moved in in July and love it here! The apartments are nice and have a ton of storage and the master bedrooms are very large. The grounds and amenities are always well cared for as well and all of the staff have been responsive and friendly! We moved from Florida so had never been in the area to look around and after driving by and hearing things about some of the other apartments we looked at I am 100% happy with our choice!!

From day 1 visiting with Monique Edwards we knew that this was going to be our new home. We weren’t able to move in that day but Monique was with us every step of the way until move in which happened just yesterday. I absolutely love this community and I’m so happy to finally be home!! The Retreat by Watermark is where we belong. Customer service goes a very long way and the staff at The Retreat Is The Best!!

By far the best Apartment Complex I’ve lived here in Corpus Christi... Marisa and Sarah have been so helpful and awesome! My dogs love the dog park and the gym is kept clean all the time. All the maintenance guys are cool and very professional and gives my dog treats all the time. 5 stars all around.

I just moved to Corpus Christi from Wyoming and I had to find a place to live sight unseen. Sarah went above and beyond to help me through the entire process from start to finish and still makes herself available to help me today. The rest of the staff of the Retreat by Watermark are super friendly and helpful as well and go above and beyond for their residents and prospective residents. The apartment space is beautiful and the amenities are exceptional. The Retreat by Watermark community is very friendly and outgoing as well. I haven't even lived here a week and the Retreat by Watermark is exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend!
