My wife, Elaine & I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here...getting in and out of the facility is easy, our climate controlled storage unit is always cool & comfortable, a cart is always readily available making it easier for us to unload vehicle and get items to and from vehicle. Most importantly the units are clean...no issues of pests/bugs...the entire grounds are well kept as well...huge bonus the staff is AWESOME...all of them...especially get the best customer service from Steve...very friendly & helpful...We highly recommend this Bay Vista storage facility location.

Super clean unit and area surrounding, easy access, lock was in unit as requested and was super easy to enter through gate with code. Drove a 15' uhaul with a trailer inside and had no trouble maneuvering. Climate controlled area was cool and they even had a little cart for me to wheel stuff in with! 10/10 would recommend.

This location was brand new when we got established so units were in excellent new condition and facility clean and well kept. The Manager, Steve and staff are very friendly and informative. We have been to other storage facilities and had poor experiences. We have had notjing but a positive experience here. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
