  This Service Department, led by Robert T., stands out above any other place we've been. Since most new cars now are pretty standard in what they offer, a good Service Department can make the difference and it does for us. It's time for a new car and while we can choose pretty much anything we want, we're going to Kick's Family Nissan to purchase one. I don't expect much car trouble based on the Nissan reputation, but it's good to know if there is a problem, Kick's Family Nissan stands behind their product.

  I am on my way from Chicago area to RGV when my Nissan Titan started experiencing mechanical issues. As luck would have it Hicks Nissan was on our route. We stopped and from the very beginning with the service center to the Technician (Jay) who did the work and was phenomenal, I was back on the road within a few hours which could have easily been two days work. Hicks Family Nissan is top notch at every level. Specially the great Tech Jay.

  After so many years of good food we experienced today a big change.
  First the place was sold and now they have s new cook, an Administrator very rough on the edges, new waiter not trained in what Spanish dishes are.
  Half of the time things were brought to our table incomplete.
  The waiter did not even know what I was ordering.
  No manners, uneducated.
  Well all together I am not going again. Tips given for this meal 0.
  Be nice, know your menu, bring food hot,serve within time, and never never argue with customers when you don't know what you are doing.
  EXTREMELY POOR.

  Although there was a change in ownership a couple of months ago, the food continues to be delicious and the extra staff has made a significant difference in the timely service!!
