The workouts are always new and refreshing, something I can tell I’m not going to get bored with which has been a favorite part for sure. I’m continuously sore each day, and can tell how much strength I’ve gained from the Bootcamp classes I’ve been going to at least 3-4 times a week for the past month. The trainers are empowering, supportive, and motivating! Highly recommend!

(July 7, 2020, 11:24 am)I love D1 Training in Aledo. The staff and trainers are extremely knowledgeable, professional and fun to be around! The facility is brand new and very clean. I love being able to take a break from my busy day and take an hour to myself. It has been so good for my mental, physical and emotional health. Come check it out!!
