This company does great work, are very professional and communicate all along the way. First time I went through our warranty company and even with that, SWAT was out day 1 to evaluate and came back day 2 to install a new water heater. This time I called them directly to avoid the warranty service assigning another company, and they responded again on day 1!! Called in the morning and fixed my problem in the afternoon!! Super reasonable prices and Matthew and Carlos are great technicians!! I’ll be calling again!

S.W.A.T. Plumbing came out as a result of our ticket with Landmark Home Warranty and did a great job on their service call. We received timely communications from them, and Carlos was a great communicator; he texted us with an estimated time of arrival and got here within the window. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and quick, resolving our issue in about 20 minutes. We appreciate the attention to detail and won't have any qualms if we have to use them again.
