  Christi James is outstanding and takes care of her customer’s needs. She found the best homeowner’s policy that met our requirements. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond with service. She was able to shop several insurance providers and not just one company, like we had before. We won’t go anywhere else for homeowners insurance, and we saved several thousand dollars on an annual policy by switching to her company. Highly recommend!

  Christi spent quite a bit of time with us as our needs changed significantly to help us understand what exactly what we needed on both our home and auto policies. Year one with her we saved about $500 and year two around $1000 with home and auto combined. Her consultative approach to providing a product sets her apart from an order taker - that is key to feeling confident about being insured.

  We are new customers of Christi James, moving into the state last year. Christi handles most of our insurance needs and as such, sold us a property casualty home policy. Shortly thereafter, an unfortunate hail storm damaged our roof, resulting in a claim. When the adjuster evaluated the roof, he told us we had the best policy for that company and we were fully covered without reservation. I was so grateful to Christi, realizing she was responsible for so adequately taking care of us. She deals with those companies she has personal experience with, assuring that her clients' needs are met without the hassles in dealing with claims. Christi is pleasant and responsive. She also hosts a couple of thoughtful events a year to personalize client relationships. Kudos, Christi!

  Very professional and outstanding service. We had been with the same insurance company for both our auto and home insurance for 30 years; however, after Christi reviewed our policies, she was able to get us much better insurance with a top rated national company and save us $1,500 per year.
